Vishal Vasu, a visionary Director and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Dev Information Technology Ltd (DEV IT), holds the reins of the company's Technology and Innovation ecosystem. In this influential role, he steers the ship of technology, research, and innovation, forging new growth paths for the organization. With a focus on Research & Development activities in DEVLabs, he leverages cutting-edge technologies to create ground-breaking solutions for clients worldwide, establishing DEV IT as a pioneer in the IT industry.

Vishal Vasu's impact extends beyond innovation. As the spearhead of the Information Technology function, he meticulously orchestrates the company's IT infrastructure, systems, processes, and security landscape. His technical direction guides the company's managed IT services, architecture designs, software technology, and cybersecurity, fortifying project development and propelling business growth.

With a career spanning almost three decades, Vishal is a seasoned professional with a wealth of expertise in systems engineering, software development, and IT information management. His accolades as a certified technology specialist on Microsoft platforms and a certified Cybersecurity Expert are testament to his unwavering commitment to delivering excellence.

Vishal also currently serves as President of the International Association of Microsoft Channel Partners (IAMCP), the world's largest association of Microsoft Channel Partners.

As our Executive Director and Joint CEO, Prerak Shah, is a force to reckoned with as he fills the wind beneath our wings. He believes in 'lead by example' and motivates our team to go that extra mile as we work cohesively with organizations to get the most out of their digital transformation journey by effectively aligning technology, processes and people.

Before returning home in 2009, Prerak earned his MS Degree in Computer Science, ITIL certification, and became a Project Management Professional (PMP) in 2007. He spent 14 years in the US —a period he jokingly calls as 'vanvas'— where he successfully managed numerous global projects and deepened his tech expertise.

In nearly 3 decades of his professional career, Prerak has helped many organizations succeed in their IT initiatives – let it business process automation applications to creating sound web presence, and portals to ERP solutions, leveraging latest technology and trends. Appointed as Chairman of the IT & ITES Committee of Gujarat Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GCCI), he advocates for adoption of safe, secure and scalable IT across Gujarat's industries.

Prerak also leads DEV IT’s Project Management Office (PMO), ensuring adherence to project management practices and sound governance in everything we do. He is committed to advancing project management through training, workshops, and academic partnerships across the state of Gujarat and besides being founding member, he is also the President of PMI Gujarat Chapter.

Furthermore, Prerak is passionate about contributing to society. He firmly believes that even smallest contributions, even in the form of your time & support, can lead to meaningful change. Since returning to India in 2009, he has been assisting Yuva Unstoppable – NGO passionately working empower underprivileged children and youth in India, earning him title of ‘Youth Icon’ for his efforts. His commitment to giving back is also evident in his active involvement as a mentor and Vice President of his alma mater’s alumni body, L D College of Engineering, where he is helping institute on journey towards centennial vision, while respectfully preserving its 75-year legacy!
